Have been buying bulk orders from them for many years, and always thrilled with the product. Fast shipping, excellent customer service. I only had one time (out of dozens at least) that my air plants didn’t look perfect and they were replaced quickly and easily. Will be a lifelong customer for sure!

PRE-ORDER: 12 Inch Tall Handmade Air Plant Christmas Tree with 50 Living Tillandsias
I’m loving this unique air plant tree. Easy to care for. If you have a damaged plant you can get it replaced within 30 day window. To care for, spray it down in your kitchen sink, put it in a place to dry for and hour, and then return it to your display. I am able to hang my tree upside down to dry.

We ordered three little air plants for our daughter’s birthday. They are just the same as the ones we got in the Virgin Islands last year. Kids are happy, so far 2 out of three of the plants are healthy. Shipping was great, good experience.

Plants arrived in great condition and quickly! I love them so much. I originally got them to put in my Bearded Dragons enclosure but she immediately wanted to eat them. So now I have a few air plants for myself ?
I will definitely order again in the future!

Tillandsia Ionantha Air Plant Variety
Please describe your experience with our company.
This is basically my first experience with air plants, and I did my research on the web - clearly this company was a frontrunner in the industry.
I relied on Air Plant Supply Co. to research most of what I wanted to know about air plants and to make an informed decision. Even now - checking back in about the wire frames I am making for my plants - I found the information I needed about the toxicity of copper on their website. It is a font of information, and I trust this source to be factual, accurate and fair.
I found good prices on the plants I wanted to order, the shipping was free, and they arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't be more pleased with my plants, and it is obvious that for anything concerning air plants I'll be heading to the Air Plant Supply Co.
…Follow 2 weeks later… a few of the plants died after I received them and I contacted customer support, received a prompt and personal response, and replacement plants are already enroute per their 30-day guarantee. Very nice.
