It's always a pleasure ordering from Air Plant Supply Co. They send excellent specimens that are packaged well, and in the few instances that plants arrived with any damage, their customer service team is quite accommodating. I have been a loyal customer for several years now and look forward to continuing to buy my air plants from them!

Lovely plant - it was a gift, so I don’t know how it will do- but it seemed hardy.

I love this company so I will order again. I've had all good experiences with them until this last time, the plants were dying when they arrived. I'm leaving a five star rating because I still think they deserve it.

Only reason I'm not giving you a 5-star is because I'd like a little time (1-2 months) to make sure my latest shipment is still good to go...and if it's like my previous orders, it will be just fine!

I really appreciated the personal touch from your company—everything was packaged beautifully. Unfortunately, more than half of my order did not survive beyond a few days after delivery, and I ended up needing to find replacement gifts. I’m not sure what happened; given how cold it is here, I wondered if temperature shock may have been a factor. I was definitely disappointed

I ordered 48 plants along with decorative items for them. Everything came packaged perfect, all the plants are beautiful, and each item was individually wrapped and packed. I am excited to give these as gifts! Thank you!

I've ordered several times now, and the plants are always obviously packaged with care. In total, I have had only a couple sudden deaths out of countless plants, exceeding my expectations.
It's a joyful struggle, trying to find appropriate places for them all!

Good shipping speed arrived carefully packaged. They are beautiful, I was expecting them to be larger. But they are within the size chart the smaller end.

We received our shipment so fast! The products were in excellent condition. All the airplants in my order were moist and healthy. We got the terrarium globe kits for an office crafting party. Everyone had fun and created totally unique terrariums. It was so much fun!
