I made my order and then realized I would not be home for delivery. I sent an email to ask for a later delivery. No problem, the delivery was delayed until one day after my return.
On another note on one of my previous orders I received a sprayer to water my plants that only sprayed for two watering. Since then it only sprayed a steady stream. I disassembled the nozzle to remove anything that might be plugging it up , it still wouldn’t work after reassembly.
I have been pleased with service and plants received from Air Plant Supply.

The plants I ordered came in good/fresh condition and well packaged. The information given for the care of the plants was plentiful. I didn't give a 5 rating because the products can be quite expensive, especially for the small sizes of some of them.

Beautiful plants! Shipping was delayed several times, but they survived. They did not make it for the recipient’s birthday though, which was the original delivery date:(

Plants were delayed due to shipping issues (Christmas shipping season) but the plants arrived happy and healthy which surprised and delighted me.

Better than expected, all looked healthy just one looked slightly dehydrated, so I water then right after receiving them.

So thrilled with the quality of the plants you sent - extremely happy. Have never bought live plants on line before so was concerned how they would survive shipping (especially to a colder northern state). They arrived in perfect condition almost a week ago and they appear no worse for wear after their shipping adventure. Have gotten some great ideas by looking at the way you display the plants - love your site and very impressed with your company !

This order of air plants got shipped on the coldest day of November, so 1/3 of them died. My fault for ordering right before a big freeze. The other 2/3rds are doing amazing!
