This is my first experience ordering air plants. Each plant I ordered was perfect - packed beautifully. The freebies were a delight as well and complimented my intentions perfectly.
I will definitely be ordering again soon.

Initially I was very concerned because we'd had a cold snap, and the plants arrived without a heat pack (I hadn't ordered one). They were cold to the touch and because they hadn't been wrapped with added protection (cotton or additional tissue paper), some of the leaves were broken. (That's the reason for 4 stars.) That said, I ordered a lot of air plants for a great price. Two had blooms and one already had a pup. After a thorough soaking, and a couple of days to recover from the journey, I am pleased with my purchase.

Thank you so much for the best red Tillandsia I received today. I’ve ordered these in the past and these are by far the best. And the three free plants were also great.

I love my plants. I had a couple that didn't do well right away and they replaced them and even sent me extra plants. I am really happy with my purchase!!

The plants came wrapped with such great care. They were well protected and in such great shape. I like that they included a card with care instructions. It’s so important to get it right with these air plants. My only issue was that the plants themselves were a bit larger than I was expecting, but that was likely due to me not reading all of the details on the listing. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase and will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

I have ordered these same plants a number of times but these already have a quite a few areas that appear to be dying. Usually very pleased with the plants. Delivery is fast.

Love their plants! Very healthy. Can also get some unique plants I can't find elsewhere. For example, I get the Jumbo Tillandsia Tectorum Ecuador and they are amazing. Much larger than other shops. I highly recommend them.
