Plants and holders arrive quickly and well packaged. Plants are beautiful, healthy and strong. Only issue has been an item has been left out of my order the last two times. Still giving a well deserved 5 stars because air plants are spectacular and customer service is responsive, kind (personable), and quick to rectify any issues.

I have made two large purchases from Air Plant Company in the last 6 months and everything I’ve received has been above expectations. I plan to continue purchasing with them as I grow my business.

I love buying air plants from Air Plant Supply Co. and I have previously bought from Air Plant Supply Co. twice previously. This time around, I was disappointed with the quality of the plants I received. Quite a few had to be pruned, etc. due to decomposition of the leaves, root and two of my received plants were thrown away. I don’t expect everything to be perfect because they are living and being shipped from across the US, but just wanted you to know for future reference! Other than this exception, plants bought from Air Plant Supply Co. has been a great experience!
