I was very happy to get my 3 air plants, sadly 2 of them were dead and nothing that I have tried has revived them, they are crispy and brown and the leaves are all curled up. Shipping was fast, I was excited to get them but sad that I can't seem to revive the 2. I followed the instructions that came with them thinking they were just dry from travel but nothing worked. They didn't even turn green in the water like the other one did which makes me think they are goners.

My initial shipment contained plants that did not look so well. I informed the company and they promptly sent replacements. They stated that they do this one time. I was happy to see that the replacement plants looked better than those in the first shipment.

What a great assortment and fun surprise! I'm new to air plants, my son bought me a ginormous one from a local flower shop a few months ago and I'm hooked, I visited the local fish store to get a variety of wood bases and have them in 3 rooms now. I ordered the assortment as a way of seeing what plants were out there and what a fun surprise to unpack and prep last night.

Wonderful company. Sometimes it’s a hit and miss with plants, not all will survive. But almost all the plants I ordered arrived healthy. Just one died and the company was quick to replace.

They did such a great job handling my large wholesale order! All the plants came healthy and undamaged, and none of the glassware broke either. Everything was neatly packed and organized when it arrived. It took about 4 days between buying everything and receiving it. Highly recommend!

I loved everything about my order except my Mr. it does not work I have screwed that all the way out to the spell fell off I’ve screwed it all the way back in it won’t go no further and I get nothing but a study stream and I can’t use that on my plants I have it ready to send back if that’s OK with you and then you can replace it thank you very much

They wrap the air plants so nicely and beautifully. Unfortunately, 4 of my plants were already dying shortly after I opened the box. I know sometimes things happen during shipping. I contacted customer service and they were amazing. Sent me 6 replacements. They are doing great. I love my plants and I love this company. Customer service knows how to keep their customers. This was the 2nd time ordering from them. Thank you.

My newest favorite kinds of plants come from this place. All of the plants arrive Quickly and the plants arrive in Great condition and are very healthy. So far so good with all of them and they thrive beautifully! So much fun arranging and displaying them in Thrift store specialized glass containers. They make such unique gifts!0

I really loved the free gift of small various air plants. Ever since I started quickly dunking the fuzzy silvery air plants instead of soaking them things are working out great. The green smooth air plants are soaked for 30 minutes once a week. Then all my plants are drained upside down.
