My order arrived today: some fertilizer spray, a hanging terrarium and a Xerographica "in need of TLC"
I'm extremely satisfied with everything: fast service, nothing was broken and more importantly the plant itself is fantastic! It is bigger than what I expected and has very little damage. It received a great bath and a sprinkle of food, and it is now hanging nicely above the sink in the kitchen.
I almost can hear it purring like a cat...
Now I'm hooked and this will not be my last order for sure

Amazing! I got a xerographica in my last order and they are much more beautiful than I thought. I originally thought they were too common and normal. But now I get why they are so common. I would love another one to be honest. Much more interesting than I thought than they would be. A 10/10 for me. Absolutely in love!

I bought a set of 3 airplants and small containers to be shipped to my sister for her birthday. She loved them! They arrived in amazing condition, they were just as described. I especially appreciate that these are not collected in the wild. I am glad to have found this company!

Plants arrived within five days of my order. They were healthy, clean and of good size. Had them now for almost two weeks in a bright west-facing window. Spray them generously with a a fine mist twice daily and will fertilize them by spraying once a month. So far all seems well.

Beautiful plants. Left one item out of my order but customer service was friendly, responsive, and resolved quickly. I do wonder why the Spanish moss always comes wrapped in a metal wire though - in my experience the moss in contact with metal dies off rather quickly (something I suspected from previous moss purchases that came on a wire, but confirmed when I draped a healthy plant over the arm of a metal chandelier and it started showing signs of distress in a matter of days). Even if it's just packaged like that for shipping purposes, they're pretty good about other instructions so surprises me they wouldn't mention it. Regardless, came as a beautiful and healthy plant, carefully packaged. I just removed the wire, draped it over some driftwood, and it's doing great!
