Excellent service and delivery. I am a new fan to air plants and hope to see color in my new plants as that would pique my interest.

Okay, I ordered one plant from a mixture of two again, I got both types. I did not want the kind that flowered. I know the young lady who took the order understood what I wanted, sent pictures, etc. I think it got messed up in packing, even though I was sent a few extra, I have already lost 5 of the flowering type. I think they are fragile, where the others a very hardy. Disappointed! Plus once they flower their color and flowers unique…they have to be put on hospice care!

They are awesome to work with. 99% of my experiences have been perfect and they go over and above to fix the small issues I have had. I have ordered from the multiple times and I will continue to.

I was very sad. I've ready lost to of the red auba. I haven't had them long enough for it to have been me that killed them.

This is the second order that I have received where half of the plants were dried up, dying and loosing leaves. Doubt that I will order again.
