My purchase was great. My USPS was lacking in service. If my airplanes weren’t grown in such a superior environment they would have surely died with the unexplained one week stay at the local post office before delivery. I’ve always enjoyed my air plants from your company.

I had called to make sure my order would get to me by a certain date before placing the order. after placing the order I received a call telling me they were making up the order right then. I got my plants 4 days later.

I accidentally ordered the wrong product. I let them know and they were quick to make the correction. The product came out nice and I was surprised to see 5 instead of 3 plants. Thanks for the superb customer service.

Beware of this company you will get a couple of nice shipments and then you will receive one where the plants are terrible. This just happened to me and after 3 emails back and forth they have not offered to replace or refund. I ordered 9 plants 3 were good 3 were strictly average and 3 were garbage. There are other companies to try beware this one.

The plants needing TLC may not be top of the crop, but they are big, beautiful and very healthy. They will be loved here.

The plants are beautiful as usual. I mounted one to a reinforced piece of bark.

That plant is 6 inches across and the whole length of the piece of bark is about 16 inches (some of it is out of the picture). As a decoration it is superb. The other two I haven't mounted yet. I am going to put them on limestone rocks.

Honestly, this site is a perfect example of why I love plant people— they are SO wonderful!! Airplant supply co is informative, thoughtful, delicate with your purchases... they are EXTREMELY fair in prices, to the point where it would be foolish to buy from anywhere else, and they really seem to care about forming long lasting relationships with their customers. ALSO, you can tell they really care about their plants! Nothing about this felt transactional, I am so so impressed with this company and will be sending ALL of my friends to this site when it comes to becoming an airplant parent!!!! Really I’m so glad I found you guys, THANK YOU!!!
