I love Air Plant Supply Company! The plants arrive in great shape and the turnaround time for receipt of the order is exceptional. They stand behind their product 100 percent and go above and beyond in their customer service. I'm grateful that I've found such a great company with whom to do business!

Website is easy to navigate, email response time is great, prices are very competitive and accommodating special requests is top shelf. Opportunity for improvement: monitor more closely the "quality" of your Tillandsias.

I ordered 10 Caput Medusae on Jan. 6 and 10 Melanocrater Tricolor on Jan 20. Both orders arrived timely. Both were packaged beautifully. Every plant in each package was perfect, even though they had to travel in some cold weather between FL and Northwestern NC. One more thing...I got a free Tectorum with each order. Love all my air plants! Thanks so much for the great service.

Normally, I have had great plants come, when they aren't squished in the shipping process. Unfortunately, my latest purchase of 3 jumbo Xerographicas, have all died from rot. May be my fault for ordering during winter months, as I think they may have frozen while in route. Sad story, as 2 of them where semi blushing pink tones.

I followed bathing instructions beginning as soon as they arrived. As of this morning one of them has died. This happened the last time I ordered, so I will not be ordering again.

This company has been my go to for airplants for years! They ship quickly, the plants are always so healthy and the price beats that of any greenhouse I have been to. I use airplants a lot in my art pieces and my clients love them. I will happily continue being a customer for many years to come!

I did not receive my plants, and I have written to them twice on the info@ email and have not heard back. It has been over 2 weeks at this point. I'm out $35.
