I previously reached out regarding concerns with a few of the plants I ordered. I did receive a reply, which I appreciated—it included helpful information about the brown bottoms on the plants and general care tips, which I was already familiar with.
In my response, I mentioned that there is one plant in particular I would not have purchased had I seen it in person. I also inquired about how to request a return, but I never received a follow-up. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I’m unlikely to place another order.

Hi Stacy! Unfortunately, it looks like that email was just lost as we have many customers to respond to and help. I do apologize, and I hope that this one experience doesn't take away from the previous times we exceeded your expectations. You are still within our 30-day guarantee, so we would be more than happy to send a replacement.

The plants I ordered are beautiful! They arrived in wonderful condition and I am already planning my next order! As an added bonus, the prices were a fraction of comparable plants at my local Lenox store nurseries.

Everything arrived in great shape...thankyou! The cork is a little bigger than I thought they would be just missing the glue. The XXL Tectorum Ecuador is just huge...so cool!
