One plant didn't make it. Shipment was delayed in winter storm. The others are doing ok.. Plant that didn't make it was a free one that they put in shipment.

ORIGINAL POST: This is the second time I've ordered through the Air Plant Supply Co. The first time was flawless and the plants were healthy. This time I had a different experience. I order two toolkits, a gift terrarium kit and some plants. Unfortunately, the plants and the gift terrarium were in poor shape upon arrival. The terrarium was cracked, the plants inside were looking sad and the rest of the plants included in the order were also in rough condition. Thankfully, with watering, all but two of the plants made it. This experience could be a result of shipping during a busy time with all of the other holiday purchases which may have caused a delay or irregular treatment with my shipment which is out of the company's control - not sure. I will happily update my review once I hear back from the company regarding the quality guarantee. In the meantime, I would think twice about ordering during busy holiday seasons!

The plants arrived carefully packaged and in great shape. So far they look amazing in our home.

I bought a few hundred dollars worth of plants for an event before the holidays. The shipping time was twice what was stated, they didn’t arrive in time for my event, despite that, I kept the plants because otherwise I’d have to pay return shipping according to their customer service team , however now, less than a month later, they are 90% dead, despite following instructions to a T. Some of the plants looked bad upon arrival but I chalked it up to the long shipping times (which is odd considering we are in the same state). But overall, I wouldn’t purchase from here again, they maybe cheaper than local but I have more faith that local I know what I’m getting and that they will resolve an issue. I didn’t complain about them not coming on time or not looking great, but now that they are nearly all dead a month later, I figured it was worth saying something.
