The tree is gorgeous, the air plants were all healthy on arrival but something happened in shipping.. The wire cage was squashed and two of the air plants were partially broken. The box looked like it had been thrown from a moving vehicle. They might need more sturdy packing material in the future.

My first purchase from you was about 2 years ago. I just ordered a group of 5 more and they are beautiful! I grouped them in an ‘Air Plant Tree’ I made, and they all look fabulous! I faithfully soak them weakly and they are very happy! TIP…I have an alarm set on my phone every Tuesday evening to remind me to soak them - works like a charm!

Healthy nice plants. My jumbo Xero is beautiful. Some of my XL caput Medusa were damaged. They should have been wrapped individually because I’m pretty sure they damage happened during shipping

Great plants! I was a little less than satisfied with the condition of one, but they promptly shipped out a replacement. Excellent customer service!

The plants shipped out the same day I ordered them and were packed carefully in tissue paper to ensure no movement in transit. I appreciate the care put into this step to ensure they arrive with as little damage as possible, given how harsh the postal system is on mail. There was a care card in the box to explain exactly what to do when the plants arrived. I highly recommend this company to order from.
