The plants arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I live in Arizona so it's always a gamble ordering live plants in the summer but I have never had any issues with Air Plant Supply Co.

Gorgeous plants! I tried ordering a couple of air plants from Amazon previously, and these plants were much larger and healthier plants. Well packaged and arrived in great condition. Based on the cost of the plants here vs what I purchased previously, I didn't expect them to be so large. I would never purchase an air plant from another retailer.

I honestly cannot praise enough how amazing this company is. I needed my plants fast for an event I was having and I ordered on a Friday in hopes to get them by the following Friday. I got them lightning fast on Monday! Additionally the plants are always beautiful and well priced. Amazing company.

Plants arrived timely and looked good. I followed the instructions to soak for 30 minutes after their journey and then air dry. I followed these instructions, and the plants were on my sunporch with good ventilation. The majority survived although 4 plants started to rot and leaves had to be removed. I lost 2. Remaining are ok.
This experience will not prevent me from purchasing again! Things happen. I consider myself a seasoned plant person and I just won't soak and only mist the next batch I order.

Beautiful product and AMAZING customer Service. Jill helped me and she was incredibly thoughtful and made sure that a last-minute happy birthday birthday note got included with the gift which I forgot to add earlier. She went out of her way to make sure this happened. Thank you so much! Will absolutely recommend all my friends and will use your service again

Before retiring, I sold and shipped a lot of plants, and making sure they were properly labeled and well packaged were key aspects of that.
Air Plant Supply excels at both. Every order I place is a p”easier to receive.

I've been buying plants from Air Plant Supply Co. for a few years now and am always impressed with both their plants and customer service. In a recent order my plants arrived well-packed and although most continued to thrive after being soaked/dried and settling into their homes, a few began to deteriorate quickly. Air Plant Supply Co. didn't hesitate when I asked for them to be replaced, and the replacement plants were stunning and stayed healthy.
Very easy shopping and customer experience :)
