First time buyer and owner and couldn't be more pleased when I received a variety of beautiful air plants. Some small, some large and Some were already flowering, but that's okay because I knew they would eventually give me pups after reading up more about them. I am also happy to hear that the funds help another organization, that makes me feel good knowing I am helping others. Looking forward to being a returning customer and will definitely recommend this site to others who are interested in these fun little plants.

I have used Air Plant for many years. I struggle to keep my air plants from drying up or rotting. I have followed directions to the tee and still have trouble. I'm not blaming that on the company. I alwasy receive my orders very timely and they stand behind their product with their 30 day guarantee. My last order arrived with one of the plants being dead. I contacted them and they immediately responded saying they would ship another one out immediately. They have a great selection of plants as well.

I had an issue with the air plant that I received. I noticed your Company by email with order number and a picture of the problem. Your great customer service replied that a new air plant will be shipped out. The shipping was quite fast and I received the product quickly. I would definitely order again from this Company.
