The plants arrived in a short time frame. All of them looked healthy. I followed the instructions for soaking and then placed them in hanging wires for display. So far so good. Looking forward to watching them thrive during the hot, humid summer here in So.IN.

One of my plants didn't survive the delivery, however, it was quickly replaced with a similar item. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I am pleased with my overall experience and intend to purchase more plants soon.

Out of the many orders I've placed over the last few years, this is the first one with which there was a problem. One of the plants was in serious decline with brown dead leave literally falling off the plant as I unwrapped it. Took photos and contacted customer support. Immediate response confirming a replacement would be on the way. THAT's customer service!

The Bromeliads weren’t in the best shape when arrived. I did the soak to revive them. I will probably lose two of them.
