All of our plants arrived in excellent condition despite the postal service delaying because the pkg went to Nashville then to Missippi, then Memphis and then back to Nashville??? So, delivery was delayed for at least one day… maybe 2. We love the selection provided!!! Thank you!

Everything as expected - plants arrived on time and in great condition. I only wish the fertilizer mist had directions for use on the label. Otherwise everything was great!

I ordered a few different plants from air plant supply and one of them was not sent. However when I contacted the company they quickly and professionally remedied the problem. I received a new healthy plant in just a few days. I am very happy with this. Mistakes do happen sometimes but they remedied it so quickly. That's the sign of a good company

It’s was truly amazing after the unboxing. I laid the plant out by size which was a great many of different sizes. I was just very happy with the shipment, so far everything is just great, am working on mounting them for show and gifts. I am in the woods looking for bases. I need fertilizer for resale in small spray and readout for care. Thanks for you service.

This is the best customer service I've ever received. My air plants froze in transport. They replaced everything, the plants are so beautiful & healthy. I will never shop anywhere else for my airplants 🥰 Thank you so much
