I was nervous about shipping in the winter but they were fast and assured me I would be refunded or replaced if there was damage. They were so kind ... and quick!!!

Received my order unfortunately during a winter storm with freezing temperatures. Box arrived in a plastic bag to keep dry but once opened most of the airplanes but 2 died. Will need to re-order but will be more aware of the weather conditions.

Whenever I have ordered air plants in the past they were always tiny. I ordered an assortment from Air Plant Supply and got nice large plants in excellent condition. I love the variety of plants that I received and can’t wait to order more.

Currently I have photos out to all my botanist friends.
The plants arrived and are absolutely beautiful.
All except 2 are blooming and those 2 are getting ready to bloom.
Good show!

I have been purchasing air plants from Air Plant Supply Co. for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Air plants seem to be a hit or miss with many plant lovers--I often hear people say they are hard to keep alive. I have followed the care instructions supplied with my purchases and have seen great results!

The air plants are beautiful and the variety is great. My only comment is that I placed two orders, one for myself and another for my sister. I put her shipping address for that order but the plants were sent to me instead. I guess they must have looked at the billing address instead of the shipping one.

Bought cork bark and got 4 air plants free with the order. They were huge and beautiful, not at all what I expected. Very pleased with shipping and quality of plants and bark!

Several of the airplanes I received were half dried out already. The rest were great.

Amazing! I am beyond happy with my purchase. The plants were very carefully packaged and were shipped immediately. I bought close to 30 plants and every single one was perfectly healthy! I wish I had found this place long ago.
