We had our heating/air con and all ducting completely replaced with Alliance - the whole experience was perfect! The 4 person team (Shadi, Adam, Sam and Bill) arrived exactly on time and went right to work. They were diligent about every aspect of the install and our house was cleaner when they left. Shane, Adam, Bj and Goran did a great job installing a 3 head unit system into my apartment. It was a tricky job with bulkheads hiding the pipework and the need to make the outdoor unit take up as little space as possible as my balcony is small. The end result was fantastic and we're able to enjoy warm winter days working from home without sacrificing balcony outdoor space! Thanks guys! Tony
