Our overall experience with Alliance Climate Control was superb - from making an appointment to the completion of the job. Our Technician (Jake Perri) was very professional and very efficient. We would wholeheartedly recommend the team at Alliance and Jake

Alliance is easily the most professional team of air-con technicians I have used. I had Jake Perri come out to my apartment today, he was punctual, easy going and extremely professional. I live in an apartment and my external unit is locked in cage, which we were unable to access it as the building manager was dealing with a fire alarm, Jake (wanting to make sure the job get's done before XMAS) actually was able to climb over the fence to ensure that he was able to complete his review of the unit, found the root cause and stayed on the phone to the manufacturer for 30 + mins to ensure he could source the replacement piece,I highly recommend the team at Alliance and Jake in particular - extremely helpful bloke

We've had Raj from Alliance Climate Control come out a number of times to service our ducted aircon and have found him professional and friendly. He always takes the time to explain what the issue is and what hw is doing. His collegue Kody came out last time and was also good to deal with.
