Very happy with the quality, service, and communication of Alliance Climate Control. Our heating unit completely malfunctioned and Raj came out on a Saturday to assess the fault. He was very clear in his explanation of the problem and what the next steps would be. When he returned to complete the job he was efficient and thorough, even undertaking some additional maintenance which was not in the original quotation. His manner was very professional, and the heating is now running like new.

I am very happy with the decision to work with Alliance CC. Raj did an excellent job explaining the options available and what installation work would be done. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. Sam and the other installers did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards and left everything neat and clean. Thanks for a great job. I would like to thank Michael and his team for the great customer service and professional attitude. They delivered all they promised and more. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Raj and Nick had a difficult task restoring our old air con unit to working order and connecting it to the system throughout our apartment. Through their professionalism and efficiency they achieved success and in the process were very friendly and understanding of our needs. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you.
