Pleasant and satisfactory

Had Alliance Climate Control install 2 spilt systems a few weeks ago. Very happy with the job and the service provided by Alliance. Communication was great, Alliance kept me informed of timings and progress and made the job hassle free. Very neat and tidy work done by the boys. Thanks Goran, Robbie, Shadie and Moe and all at Alliance. I would happily recommend Alliance Climate Control and would use them again.

Alliance Climate Control sent a technician to look at my existing Daiken air-con system which was 21 years old, and was finally failing. It had to be replaced. I chose the 3 new mutli room units and the condensor for my balcony, and an installation date was fixed for ten days later. The day came and the two installers did an amazing job. The old units had had book-shelving built around them, hiding the pipes, electrical wiring and condensation drainpipes. Rather than ripping all that out and damaging the woodwork; they patiently checked all the various old pipes for leaks, discovered none, then cleaned the pipes of remnant gas and chemicals, and were able to hook the three new units (1 x 5Kw, 2 x 2.5Kw) up. They then tested everything and made certain it was all good before departing. The new units look terrific and work beautifully. The men cleaned up, having laid drop-cloths etc; vacuumed, and left the apartment perfectly clean. All done betwen 8am and 4pm. I could not be happier. Also, when there was a discrepancy with the quote which I had accepted and signed originally, the error was in my favour, and Alliance explained the situation and then honoured the original quote. They are in my book, 100% honest, professional, well trained, effiicient, and know thier business. As the 1998 system was so old, that dealer was long gone, and I just hoped that Alliance would be as good as their testimonials. Thay are! Well done! I have signed up for the 5 year extended warranty with them. Happy, WG, Potts Point, NSW 2011

My wife and I were very pleased with the work done by the boys from Alliance. From quote to installation, everyone I spoke to was professional and working towards the best solution for our home.

Hi Josh, Thank you for your excellent service today. I was very impressed with your professional approach and efficiency. Your well equipped van and excellent service from your receptionist indicated I was dealing with a very good company. I had Alliance install a ducted air conditioning unit recently and found the guys to be very helpful and efficient. They didn't leave the job till everything was checked to my satisfaction. I would recommend Alliance to any one wanting to install AC into their home.

Alliance recently installed ducted air conditioning in our home. They did a great job from quotation to installation and were externally professional and easy to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Great job!!!

The team at Alliance are very professional. They turned up when the said they would and if they were running late they would phone - this was only for a 1/2 an hour delay. Workmanship was very professional and I was followed up to see if I was happy which I was.

Old houses can be tricky. We had a problem with our lights that no one else could fix. Jon came up with a solution to fix our lights and maintain the integrity of the light fixtures and our ceilings. Thanks to Jon and Alliance Climate Control for efficient and friendly service. They even cleaned up the mess!:) I will certainly use this company again.

Fantastic Job Boys ! The Split system was installed on time and they did a fantastic job. The price was competitive and they came up with a very clever solution for the water drain. The best part of the job was no mess or marks left on walls Thanks very much Michael and your team.

Alliance Climate Control installed ducted airconditioning in our house. The company is very well organised. The installers were competent and personable. We are very happy with the system.

Professional, punctual and polite. Quoted a reasonable price for high quality goods and services, delivered them exactly when they said they would with no hidden charges, and helped to coordinate auxiliary services (gyprocking) in an integrated, seamless bill. Highly recommended.

Great service from Raj and Josh today of repairs to our ducted air conditioning. Kept me informed through the trouble shooting and offered a great solution to our problem.
