am happy with the product after some fine tuning a few weeks after installation. I had units installed in 6 rooms (kitchen, living room and 4 bedrooms) but at least 90% of the usage has been confined to the living room. In hindsight I probably should have started off with less but I could not fault the professionalism of everybody involved.

From start to finish, Alliance CC gave us nothing be excellent service. Not only were their technicians friendly and efficient on the day of installation, everyone in the office went above and beyond to fulfil my needs, even when less than a week before installation I had to change the unit being installed and it's location due to the strata of my building coming out with new regulations they did everything they could to make sure that the process went smoothly for me. They were even able to adapt to changing the plans slightly on the day (as the bit of wall they were planning to connect the indoor and outdoor units through turned out to be solid concrete), and installed a separate master switch at the outdoor unit so that if necessary the whole thing could be turned off without touching the mains switch. I could not rate them highly enough, the unit is exactly what we wanted and has been perfect for the 30+ temperatures this weekend.

I looked at some reviews and considered a few quotes before going ahead with Michael to install a Daikin split system in my home. The installers Sam and BJ carried out a fantastic job and the system was up and running in no time. The technicians went through all the functions with me and explained how each setting works. Highly appreciated
