I have a contract with Alliance Climate Control, whereby they come to my house every 6 months to service the 3 air conditioning units.
They are a very efficient business.
Firstly, I get a reminder email from James to remind me of the 1/2 yearly service, and offering a suitable date for that to happen.
Secondly, i can't speak highly enough about the technicians that come to the house to complete the service. They are always polite, neat in appearance, efficient, and when necessary offer advice on things that need to be done for the units to operate at maximum capacity.
The last guy here was Alex, and he was outstanding. He said we needed a gas top up, and this was done on the spot. Furthermore, he reported back to James that we should instal better filters for our downstairs filters, which we are going ahead with.
This is the sort of service that is sadly lacking amongst other trades nowadays. Good, honest, reliable, service at the right price.
I highly recommend Alliance Climate Control. They are commercial in price, and I never feel they are trying to "hard-sell" me anything.

I was referred to Alliance through a friend after having numerous quotes from other companies who made me feel uncomfortable as it was a tricky install (the confidence in completing the job wasn't there) from the moment I contacted alliance I was WOWED by their professionalism, they had a technician over in no time who put my mind at ease and ran me through the method of the install, provided me with multiple options on ducted systems and helped me make the right decision. Professionalism in this company is shown right through to the install team, prior to starting they ensured all work areas were protected with drop sheets, then ran me through the job once again confirming locations of outlets. I was confident enough to leave the technicians alone in my house. Upon completion I received a phone call and headed home to run through the operations of the system to my amazement I found a clean house, It didn't seem like I even had a installation done. I was replacing an old air con with a new top of the range Actron EPA Ultima which I am very happy with. I had a good experience with Alliance from start to finish including restorative gyprocking. Alliance is small enough that the boss (Michael) keeps his team focussed and you get to negotiate issues (e.g. choice of systems) with the boss who is knowledgeable. Alliance is also large enough that the installation happened in a very timely fashion (up to 5 tradies on site). I intend to use Alliance for maintenance because they have good response times - no diversion to message bank as was my experience with other installers that I approached to quote for the job.

I needed my air condition served urgently as my air conditioner was leaking all over my apartment! After calling Alliance it was a relief when Jonathan arrived the same day and fixed the leaking air conditioner.
He also took the time to explain how important it was to have annual maintenance on the air conditioner, which i was very impressed with!
I would definitely recommend Alliance as Jonathan and also the person who took my inquiry over the phone from their office were very polite and professional! Great Job !

I was most unhappy with the service. It cost $200 for their "assessment" of what the problem was. It took a few minutes and was assessed as a gas leak. They fixed the gas leak in the two units at a cost of $1400. Soon after they left, and it rained, then there was an electrical problem where the power kept turning off. I got an electrician out urgently and he found that the power cord from the A/C unit was full of water, was plugged in and was shorting out my power every few minutes. We drained it and unplugged it and the electrician could see that there was a big hole where all the water could go in. So although they had allegedly assessed the problem, they neglected to mention this issue on the grounds of "not our problem, nothing to do with a gas leak". Except that they had come to tell me what the problem actually was, not to leave out half of it. Unfortunately they would not take any responsibility claiming that I was missing the point that it was an electrical problem and that there was no problem there when they started. Apart from a big hole of course.. Surely if you come to tell someone what the problem is, you tell them that there is a gas leak and also a big hole where the water can come in and drain into the electrical cable and that it needs to be fixed? This was very dangerous and I hate to think what could have happened.
Its a very disappointing reaction, especially given that I paid $1600 to them to assess the problems and repair my airconditioners. No way would I recommend them.
