The pills are not small and you need to take 6 of them. The smell and pepper flavor are pretty strong. Don't know if they are worth it.

Results; I carefully worked out using bench press reps as my reference. Being older I avoided overtraining. Prior to using x7 my max 10 rep set was 205. Even when I was 20, this was my 10
Rep limit.'

My max 10 rep bench today is now, 225 and seems to being increasing. I plan to stop
Taking x7 to see if my lifts fall off.

My other exercises are close to same, but feel strong. I do not get the big muscle pump like I did in my 20s. I do feel a good tight and strong workout though and do feel I can increase other exercise use weight as well. Just being cautious to prevent injury

I think the product has helped me break through a life plateau. I have tried other T boosters. Mostly with D aspartic acid, because some studies appeared to support increase testosterone. These other products were popular t booster brands. The most popular ones. I would a.say these were ok, but never helped me break through my plateau.

Sandman does help me fall asleep so I give it a thumbs up to that. My problem is that I don't stay asleep like most people with long term sleep issues. I'm forever looking for that magic pill. It is tasty so I have no problem getting it down. The dropper on the other hand is hard to dial in the correct dosage. Squeezing it can give you the correct dosage however, squeezing it into the mouth it does not deliver the whole amount.

Works well as expected. Full 1ml dose was too strong for me, felt dizzy next day. 0.5ml is sufficient, I'm 200+ lbs active male. Considering simple melatonin alone is usually good enough for me personally $50 seems expensive, although i think liposomal products aren't cheap. Otherwise good product, not sure about long term use side effects if any.
