I was having some trouble importing photos with the necessary resolution, and the customer service team was a huge help. They offered to test photos for me, offered some solutions, and got me on my way. Albums for my parents and in-laws turned out great!

LOVED the wedding albums made by Bridebox! I ordered three different albums customized for the recipients - one for me and one for each set of parents - and all three turned out beautifully. I'm so happy that I opted to go with the high-quality albums that Bridebox delivered. Additionally, I found the software very easy to download and use, and the overall process of submitting the file and ordering was straightforward.
I'd also like to acknowledge the excellent customer service I received. What really stood out was that on one of the albums, I left blank space on certain pages so I could affix my invitations, other mementos, etc., and I received an email from a rep double-checking before printing that I specifically meant to leave that space or if I might have overlooked that. While I did intend to leave that space, I really appreciate the time they took to proof the book instead of just printing as-is.

I'll try to keep this short and to the point. I am VERY particular and expect high quality and service for what I pay for. If that is you too, you have found the place for your Wedding Album creation! The options here are extensive, the self-serve tool is easy and fun and gives you sweet control of the final product! Unless you've been to a wedding fair and have been able to touch, see, and feel the incredible quality of their albums - you kind of have to rely on blind faith in terms of quality. I am eliminating that fear right here - they look way better in person than in the pictures on their site. The quality of the pictures printed on the page alone are exceptional. They had such light and clarity - there is barely a difference from what I see on my computer screen - they are that vibrant and beautiful! Every tone and color is spot on, if not even improved! And then there is Kevin (don't have a last name) - Support Manager. As many other reviews have already indicated - he goes above and beyond every step of the way...answering every question and doing whatever he can to make you happy. That's what he did for me and deserves A++ for every aspect of support. Thanks again Kevin!

My wedding album that I just received is gorgeous. The leather bound cover and engraving came out beautiful and the quality of the thick pages and printing looks very professional. I did have one hiccup along the way. After I uploaded my album for printing I was contacted almost 3 weeks later to tell me that my upload did not go through properly and I needed to try it again. My frustration with this is that it took 3 weeks to even be contacted about it, and all the while I thought my album was printing. This was important as I had specifically ordered it to have it arrive well before Christmas. Kevin my customer service rep was excellent and apologized for the delay and he ensured that my album was rushed through and shipped overnight so I would have it in time. He was excellent to work with and answered all my emails immediately. I will be ordering another album for my parents and would highly recommend Bridebox to other brides.

We received our album and it looks fantastic. Honestly, better than I expected. We purchased the Lake design and the album is great quality, nice thick pages and the 10x10 was the perfect size. We ordered it for our parent albums and were planning on using a leather album for ours but this was so nice, I'm rethinking spending the extra money for the leather. Anyway, great purchase!

Great albums! I recently ordered albums for both our engagement and wedding. I searched online for decently priced albums with good quality, and I came across BrideBox. First of all, Bridebox's software is very user friendly. It also allows one to make an album from premade layouts or to design your own album, or a combination of the two which is what I chose. The submission process was also very streamlined, and within 1-2 weeks, I had my albums. My husband and I as well as our families were amazed at the quality of the albums and pictures. They are absolutely amazing, but worth the cost and perfect for the pictures that are going to last a lifetime.

Extremely high quality album, and the software was incredibly easy to use to make a beautiful layout. Customer service was quick to respond with helpful advice when I had questions. We could have gotten a similar album to this through my photographer, but it would have cost $500 more and wouldn't have had our own personal touch (or any of the photobooth photos we had through a different company!).

About a year ago, I considered BrideBox but thought it was too expensive. I searched but could not find similar quality elsewhere. My albums were worth every penny! I used the online version--super easy and fun. My album feels even more personal after using my artistic vision to design it. And the editing features ensured that everyone looked their most gorgeous selves. I did the Anza 20 page standard of my favorite pictures. The quality was outstanding. I then ordered the Lake to include more of a variety of pictures--also outstanding. I cannot say enough good things, and I am not really one to review products. I hope their services expand to include baby books....

Product is absolutely amazing. Definitely what I was hoping for. Thank you very much! I did the 30 page Anza and it turned out wonderful. The pages are very nice, image quality is fantastic and the leather cover is great. The box and sleeve it comes in is a huge bonus for storing as well.
The design software was very simple to use but being a graphic designer I set up the page size in photoshop and designed each page in photoshop, flattened them and then dropped them in the program to send to print. Much better than going through a photographer. You definitely get what YOU want and you are not limited in your pages or design. You don't have to pick specific set of images till you are all done, you can play with multiple images till you get it right, unlike most photo companies or album places.
I definitely recommend Bride Box to anyone. With the 20% of discount code the price was better than I imaged as well. I couldn't be happier!

I recently did the Lake Photo book as a mother of the bride book. I have done many other books on other sites in the last few years and this was the finest, most professional book I have ever seen!! It was very easy to do and the quality surpasses the professional book that I received from my other daughters wedding last year. This is the BEST book I have every seen, including professional books from photographers. I highly recommend the BrideBox.

My wife and I got a Marina 10x10 album as a 5 year anniversary gift for each other. I downloaded the software and worked on the album layout an hour or two each day for a couple of weeks, based on a rough mockup my wife put together shortly after we were married. I found the software to be both versatile and user friendly, and really enjoyed the process of designing the album. I also liked the level of control/customization you have with the software. While there are many templates available to use, you are not limited to those layouts and picture sizes. You can use a template as a starting point, and rearrange, resize, and tweak images to your heart's content. The upload and order process was quick and painless, and the album arrived within a couple of weeks. The quality of the final product was pretty impressive. Our album was 36 pages long, so some economy was lost having to go with the Marina, instead of the Anza standard 30 page album. But, we couldn't really cut 6 pages out of the album after I sweated over the layout for so long, even though it would have saved a considerable amount of money. In the end, it still cost about 50% less than if we had gone through our wedding photographer. Overall, we are very pleased not only with the album itself, but he entire process from beginning to end.

Brilliant quality and awesome customer service (Kevin). Did not use the online services to create my album but rather the free software that can be download from Bridebox. Software version has more flexibility and features than the online version but may be a little harder to use.
Quality is A+, software can be improved upon. Definitely would use Bridebox again and am highly recommending their services.

Thank you so much BrideBox for an AMAZING album. The quality and presentation are beyond my expectations! Putting the albums together was not only easy to do but was enjoyable experience for my husband and I. The customer service was also superb.

Whilst I am really pleased with the quality of the pages, leather and printing, I feel in some areas this album was a let down when I paid just under $1,000 to have this shipped to my door. One page has a small part of the previous page on it.. I'm not sure why this wasn't picked up from the printing department. The engraving that I paid extra for, is quite small and hardly worth the price. Website was easy to use. Packaging of the item received was fantastic.
