I was very disappointed for my first blogger box to have only delivered 1 item out of the 3 I selected and ordered. I am not sure if I will continue if this happens again in June.

i had two credits from my blogger box subscription and used them for the tulum long sleeve shirt and the daydream long sleeve shirt dress. about two days before my package was shown to arrive i received an email stating that only the daydream dress would be arriving due to the fact that the ‘warehouse marked the entire order as shipped by mistake.’ i was given another credit but to say i was disappointed would be an understatement. the tulum long sleeve was the item I was most excited for! personally i think the entire situation was handled poorly as my email saying my box was on its way showed both items would be arriving. then as its en route all of a sudden i am notified both items actually did not ship. i do understand mistakes happen but this got past a lot of people before i was made aware of the mistake in my opinion. i have several items from the blogger box that i adore and wear often but truth be told once i redeem this last credit it is likely the last time i will use that service. it also doesnt make sense to me that we dont actually get to see the items until after our credit cards are charged - personally, i would love an email a week before the 1st of the month showing the new box and the pieces that are dropping — then i have time to make the decision on of i want that month or to skip it - maybe then these inventory errors are less likely to happen.

I love this store. The only issue I have had is with their sizing. It's always off. Other than that they have beautiful clothes and shipping is quick. Returns are easy.. Will be a customer for life.

The jacket I purchased was very nice - seems like good quality and the style is nice; however I was very disappointed in the condition it was in when I received it. It was so wrinkled it looked like it had been rolled up in a ball.

So disappointed with my order.
