My Mother passed away last week and we realized as a family were going to need a storage because we were just not ready to decide what to do with all of her belongings. American Storage was easy to get to so we just ran over there. We had no idea what size we need we had so many questions, They were very helpful and to this group of four upset people they were so nice. They took time to listen to stories about our mom ( I am sure they had other things to do) we in no way felt rushed through the process. We rented a 10x10 climate controlled unit at good price and the 25 dollar move in for this month was helpful, the storage is very clean. I was very impressed with the customer service great job guys! I had needed a storage unit at the last minute as my closing for my house was delayed. I showed up to American Storage the last ten minutes they were open and the managers were GREAT!!! Not only did they have exactly what I needed, they stayed open a little late to accommodate me and turned a very stressful situation into an easy move!!!! Thank you guys for showing me the kindness and professionalism that I very much needed. Ill spread the word around to let people know this is the place to go!!!!

Great overall package

Needed to get some storage space for business equipment, so I did a good bit of research into units around town. The location, price, facility access for veteran businesses is hard to compete with. Other places may have one or two things better than this facility but as a whole, this facility is difficult to compete with. They work with business owners for more options. Great overall experience

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ---HAD A CAR IN A STORAGE UNIT WHILE WE SEARCHED FOR A RENTAL PROPERTY, TRIED TO CHANGE OUT THE AUTO FOR A U-HAUL TRAILER FULL OF FURNITURE---COULDN'T FIT IT IN. IT WAS AFTER 6PM, MY WIFE CALL THE EMERG NUMBER----GREY ANSWERED---HE WAS AT HE GROCERY STORE---STOPPED WAHT HE WAS DOING, RAN BACK TO THE STORAGE LOT AND WORKED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. OFFERED ME HIS STORAGE UNIT, STILL COULD'NE FIT, SO HE GAVE ME A SLOT OUTSIDE , SAID DON'T WORRY, MY HELPER, DJ; WILL COVER YOUR STUFF, KEEP IT DRY AND WILL GUARANTEE IT WILL BE ALRIGHT. KEPT SAYING THAT THIS COMPANY WANTED TO BE KNOWN FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE IN THE SPRINGS---

An excellent place for your storage needs. Staff is courteous, professional, and eager to help. The facilities are kept safe, clean and well lit, with convenient hours and, most importantly, plenty of security. You’re in good hands with these folks, in my experience.

Had my camper here for a couple years, Very secure, easy to access, close to my house as it's right in town, and no hail storms as compared to storing out east.

We had stored our camper and had a storage unit there for a while called to upgrade spoke with management they said they had the unit we wanted available I asked if I should pay now they said it wouldn't be a problem they could hold it till after I got off work I showed up after work they had rented it to somebody else there was no others available for the same cost but we could rent a more expensive one that was in climate control but we would prefer drive up sorry was said nothing else done to keep my business and the people who sold the camper to tried to call them for days and could not get a hold of them to rent the spot I had Taren I believe was her name lacks people skills and professionalism all the times before I had a really good experience the maintenance man is very nice and was always checking on everything due to a tight time schedule I wasted no time in moving to a different company the nice couple who bought the camper ended up there as well I hope they will not continue on this path it is a nice facility
