Hallo, liebe Ampler-crew,ich finde meine stellar gutaussehend, und es macht Spaß, mit ihr zu fahren - aber bei Steigungen hätte ich gern mehr power.Selbst bei Stufe 2 finde ich die E-Unterstützung nicht optimal.Das hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt.Gibt es eine Möglichkeit mittels tuning, die Unterstützung zu erhöhen?

Not able to reset password so unable to use Ampler app. Pity!

The bike is smooth and light, but does not have the power to keep up the speed against the wind. With the motor off it misses the drive from a usual bike. I am a mountainbiker and I needed some help to get me to work 30km, its ok if youre not in a hury. Its quicker than a not improved 25km/h bike. A race bike might be comparable in speed.
I need more speed, that I know now. Maby I will be able to improve my ampler with some more speed. (?)

I've had my bike since around August and ride it to work everyday (20km round trip)
I've very happy with it, no complains. I love riding it. Just wish the app was better (more responsive, use google or apple maps, and that it would automatically log my rides.
I'd like to see an updated version in the future with GPS tracking, for anti theft. And an upgrade kit for current models.
One last thing, I would like the option to buy a kickstand for it. I'm always worried I'll drop it.

Like the design; simple and very good looking!

Perfect very sleek looking bike and excelent cycling performance, did already 3000 km on it and it never gets old. Minor issue when using the app, then it keeps turning on the bike even when not ussing

Build quality is good apart from plastik pedals. Tourqe Sensor is working only on the left pedal and need lot of force to get full power suport. App is good but why I need to login? I'm not interest to share my Rides....

I would have liked a bigger framesize XL or XXL. I like driving the bike. I use it for commuting; 20 km.

I would like to give my Court two ratings; one rating for when it's dry outside and one when it's wet or snowy. How cold it's outside may also be a factor for the rating.

Rating when dry: 5 stars
Rating when dry: 3+/4 stars

Reason to the lower rating:
Since Court is such a sleek design, which we all love, it comes with a drawback with the front fender in my opinion. When it's wet outside, there is a lot of water spray on the shoes and trousers. It's just like the fender splits the water in an angle so it hits the shoes and trousers. Maybe a 1-2 millimeter wider fender may solve this issue, don't know, and it may make the Court look less slim. Maybe something to try out. I'm only talking about the front fender now. Also when there is a lot of snow, mostly wet snow, there is a large build up of snow between the tyre and fender. Then all snow basically land on your shoes and trousers. I actually started to walk to work when it was very snowy (mostly wet snow) because there was so much spray on the clothes.

Two other things. The front brake disc starts to squeal when it's wet and cold outside. Also I have a scratching sound from my right pedal in cold weather. The sound increases the the harder I put pressure on the pedal.

Works great ! Sometimes feel a bit underpowered.
Pity it doesn't include a gps tracker like the cowboy bike.

Initially I was very sattisfied. However, the bottom part (last 10-15 cm) of the mudguard on the rear broke off after a few months. That caused the bike to get rather dirty around the pedal area from all the rain and dirt. I just use the bike for commuting in the city, nothing special so I have no idea why that mudgiard broke so quickly. The dirt on the bike is very difficult to remove and keeps getting worse.

Also, 1 month ago if fell from the bike while my speed was around 15km/hour. A branch came into my front weel and i made a kind of a salto and some spikes were broken. The spikes in the wheel were repaired at the bikeshop. However, since that accident the bike isn't stable anymore when i'm biking with my hands off the steer. I have to lean to the right in order to keep the bike stable.
I'm very sad and disappointed about this. It there anything that can be done to fix this?

Stunning looking bike with ridiculous low handle bar. Best drivetrain on the market. Could do with some sort of controls, outside the app (which is very unstable). Besides these minor drawbacks, an excellent E-bike.

love the bike and it’s aesthetics. it works well, especially on flat terrain. As I use it in switzerland I sometimes get a bit surprised that with 400W peak power, that it could help a bit more going uphill... not sure if that is a hard limit or not. (fyi I already unlocked the higher speed to 35km/h)

The power is what I expected; nice support when riding alone. Hilly streets with my 2 kids in the thule trailer is still exhausting.

Just love my Stellar. The weather has been particularly awful so I haven’t been using it much, especially since I have to carry my 2-year old daughter, but I can’t wait to use it more. Weather is improving so we’ll be on our bike soon.
It’s fast, I love how the gears shift well and brakes are great too. A little stiff (for my back) but I guess that’s needed because of the battery inside the frame.
