I placed an order online and your website stated it was in stock! I only found out that you in fact did not have the stock. Had I known this I would not have placed an order. I now have been informed that you will not have the stock until October - this product is freely available elsewhere

Please take this as constructive criticism.
If you don't have goods in stock or they are a buy in, that should be stated when the part is ordered.
Also the customer should be contacted if you have no stock before the payment is taken, saving you guys time and effort organising a refund.
Although this happened to me it didn't bother me as I work in the parts industry myself and understand, but I can understand other customers being angry about it and maybe not buying off you again. Take care.

Posting was delayed then was incorrectly packaged so slowed down the sending process some more but eventually got the parcel a week and a half from sale date. Otherwise am happy with the product.
