I still haven’t received my package yet, you sent it to Kingaroy express warehouse I have no idea what’s going on it the delivery now I have to figure out how to get this package to my house what I also had to pay and extra $30 for postage. I’m not very impressed

We completely understand your frustration here - that’s a tough situation.
According to our courier, your address falls outside their rural delivery route, which is why the order was sent to the Kingaroy depot for collection. The additional $30 charge was for Dangerous Goods freight, as the item you ordered contains paint, and must travel through a DG-approved carrier.

Sorry to hear the tyres weren’t the right fit - we know that can be disappointing.
We include detailed sizing information on each product page to help with selecting the right option, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite match up once received. Unfortunately, bulky items like tyres can be costly to return due to courier charges, which can make the process less worthwhile in some cases.

We’ve looked into your messages, and it seems your emails came through over the long weekend on a public holiday while our office was closed. As soon as we returned, our team raised an investigation with the courier, but their tracking updates appear to have stopped a few weeks ago. Very happy with purchase of squeegee with long red handle. It is well constructed and able to reach the whole of car windscreen in one sweep. I also like the fact that the handle can be unscrewed and smaller handle can be screwed on for smaller jobs.
