You had the wrong address and it delayed the delivery and only got it yesterday my address is 28 Wisteria Drive Hazelmere Village 4655 Eli Waters Queensland —— a good product when it finally arrived the post office changed the address not me

Hi William, I am sorry to hear that. Thanks for updating your response, we appreciate your honesty in this situation. Your frustration is understandable and it's not great when AusPost makes a mistake like that which is out of our control.
Although we didn't send to the wrong address as the billing address is the same as what was put in the checkout. This is also shown in your order confirmation email. Mistakes do happen.
