Wrong product size was stated on their website. It had to be returned, it did not fit.
They offered a full refund - postage included.
They could not issue a return label or help with calculating the postage (they said was not possible!) I quickly found out was going to be $160 - yes $160.
The PO Box return address indicated a small operation and nothing - Mega.
As it was difficult to repack 7 x 10 litres jerry cans - I asked if I could return 6 and be given one for free for the inconvenience caused.
That had to be checked with the "boss".
On the site I could not find T&C about a Return policy. They would not put it in writing (only on the phone) that they will give a a full refund for everything - which was $100 +160!
To their credit they refunded the order money immediately and were seemingly sympathetic on the phone.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologise for the incorrect dimensions listed on our website. The product had recently been reworked, and unfortunately, the size update was overlooked.
We're glad we could offer a full refund, including your return shipping costs, and we understand that returning bulky items can be frustrating. While we don’t issue return labels for change-of-mind or incorrect purchases, we do our best to accommodate returns fairly.

Regarding your mention of our PO Box, it’s simply a practical solution for handling mail efficiently. Our warehouse is quite large, but for logistical reasons, we prefer to use a PO Box for returns.
