item was poorly packed. no bubble wrap to protect item. They blamed the couriers for package arriving damaged.

Our warehouse team package products up to delivery standards, using bubble wrap and other materials where needed, we do not send out damaged products, hence why we may have advised that your parcel was damaged whilst in transit for delivery.
However, after you raised this issue, we then sent a replacement for you, which looks to be delivered now, going off the tracking.
