Initially there was an item missing from the packaging and once I was able to make contact (through email as phone failed a few times) the follow up was prompt and problem rectified quickly. Unfortunately, sometimes, we do experience problems and issues like this where the courier loses a parcel or in this case, we had a new warehouse team member make their first mistake which can be frustrating but you should always learn from your mistakes - as we discussed privately.
We do strongly apologise for this mistake, we understand how frustrating it may have been but luckily, we were able to resolve it within a reasonable period of time.
