Product was well priced, and delivered promptly ONCE IT WAS RECEIVED IN YOUR STORE!
I do not remember seeing any mention that the product was not kept in store and had to be delivered to you before being sent on to me.
While I was not in a desperate hurry for the product, I was wondering why my order was being 'processed' for a number of days, so I made enquiries with you.
It would help if you made it clear that some products (brazing rods and flux in my case) are not held in stock and there may be some delay.

You allow orders of products that are not in stock! Take payment and then tell you it will not be in-stock for 6 months. Yes you did give me the option to wait or a full refund.

Had to follow up because apparently one of the maps I ordered was not in stock until June 22. Your website should show items which are out of stock so this is avoided. This will save the purchaser and your staff a lot of time and frustration.
