Everything works different for every person . For me 5’9” 52 year old male 215lbs . Don’t drink coffee . Effect is like taking a 5 hour energy but keeps you on the higher level longer . I don’t take every day - did for alittle but seemed too much . Take every other day . I found no need to take twice a day or bless you want to go longer than 10 hours . Does quench appetite . But for me I need to be moving after taking or it feels like I’m jittery . Overall I would recommend trying atleast and see how it works for you . Price is a little steep for this but had to try it . Recommend before a workout 1/2 hour prior minimum .
