Hi Janet! We are sorry for any frustration with your return. We try to respond withing 24-28 hours to our customers. Our return does take up to 7-10 business days to process as we have in our return policy. We understand this can be frustrating but there are a lot of variables behind a return. Each product that is returned has to be inspected, researched, pressed or sometimes we are waiting on the manufacturer to respond if it is a defective item.
