If you are considering purchasing bamboo , there are two must do's. First buy root barrier and 2nd only purchase from Bamboo Giants. After having expert advice from them we purchased 4 large bamboo's, we had an hilarious email from them telling us they were on route from the forests of the Tibetan foothills. The courier was excellent and our bamboo's were superb. They were huge, well packaged and with feed. 4 days later we had a follow up email to advise us on caring for them. We highly recommend Bamboo Giants for there knowledge, communication and quality of plants.

Matt and the team at bamboogiant were amazing!!! I sent him so many questions asking different things and it took me a few months to actually order but when I did I wasn’t disappointed. The bamboo are exactly what I was after and does exactly what I wanted. Its all looks really healthy and we got really great advise even a week after receiving them we had a friendly email to remind us to water them! I received a dispatch email and wasn’t going to be in on the day of delivery so Matt agreed to hold the parcel back for a week for when I would be in which was really helpful. If you are considering ordering from bamboogiant then do it! Really great value for money and can’t fault the service.
