From the first time I contacted BambooGiant I received first class treatment from Matt Barfoot.
He guided me through the process from choosing the species of black bamboo that would be best suited to the contemporary look I was trying to achieve, to distancing between plants.
His patience knows no bounds, as I asked him endless questions over a six months period.
Matt could have allowed me to purchase 23 black bamboo plants a few months ago, when my garden was landscaped, but advised against it, preferring to offer them when the weather was more conducive to planting them. I was happy to follow this advice.
The plants arrived on a next day delivery to County Durham. They were extremely well packaged on two pallets, and further protected by cling film wrap. They are absolutely beautiful, the black stems look amazing against my white planters. They certainly exceeded my imagination.
I would highly commend BambooGiant to anyone considering the purchase of beautiful healthy bamboo.
