The delivery was quick and efficient and the product is great. Matt then sent a follow up with instructions on how to best care for it, and again replied right away for questions. Following the arrival of our bamboo my husband and I donned saffron robes (old curtains), took the bell off my bicycle and circled the bamboo plant six times whilst chanting Hari Krishna to the beat of the bicycle bell.
