The Bamboo Company have made the experience of buying our first bamboo fun! It arrived earlier than expected and is magnificent, being even larger than advertised so an excellent start to our screening.Customer service has been very good with lots of follow up advice on caring for our bamboo. We may well get another one before too long and will certainly use the same company.

Loved the product, the ease of ordering and of course the wit and charm of the despatch advisory e-mail. Had a problem with the shipping company who lost my bamboo and not great at keeping me informed. However Matt at the bamboo company took ownership, sorted everything out and arranged a replacement to be sent out to me very quickly. Always think the true test of a company and its service is when things go awry and in this case I am very happy with how they dealt with the situation. Thanks Matt.

I bought a black bamboo plant last week …
I bought a black bamboo plant last week which was sent by carrier shortly before the easter holidays. The plant had gone on a detour with the courier and because of the holiday it had spent an extra two nights at the depot even so communication with the bamboo company was good. And I must say the plant was in really good shape with lots of Culms and bushy foliage and loads of new Culms just breaking through. So different to the sad looking bamboo at a garden centre i had seen. Very happy customer and I would recommend the bamboo company
