I purchased a Gin based gift box from Tipple Box which arrived very well packaged and quickly. I was initially a little unhappy that all the miniature gins were exactly the same even though the website picture suggested otherwise. However, after a couple of e-mails and at my request I was sent two different gins of my choice at no extra cost. I was very happy with the outcome and the speed in which this was resolved and wouldn't hesitate to purchase other products from this seller. If the Gin samples had been different from the outset I would have given 5 stars without hesitation.
