I ordered this product 3 weeks in advance of Fathers' Day knowing I was going on holiday a week before.
For two weeks the product was not dispatched as there was a warehousing issue, then on the third and final week they upgraded my delivery to 24 hour. I then waited up all day after getting off of a plane at 3am and the box did not arrive.
Delivery company claimed they had attempted delivery but they had not. Product was then sent back to warehouse in Scotland and I was told it was then out of stock so would not recieve it by Fathers Day, leaving me two days to find an alternative present.
Fuming.

I was disappointed when I saw the actual size of the cake - very small. I think it would have been more helpful if the measurement of the cake was given when I placed the order for me to make an informed choice re if the cake was the right size for 9 people. I was told that the cake would be big enough to serve 9 people and that I would have extra slices. I also noted that there was not a neat finish all around the cake - looked as though it was done by someone new to the skill. I am unlikely to recommend to others due to this experience.

two out of three of my parcels were delivered on time. However, there was an issue with the third. I waited a week for it to be delivered and then got in contact with the company who said it had been delivered and left in a bush next to my front door. There was no notice to say where the parcel had been left. Bare in mind it is a food product. it was a good job ut was wrapped and packaged well.

When making the purchase, I did struggle to find the voucher code box. However, I contacted customer services who replied so quickly and helped me fix my problem. I received the Gin Cocktail Set and I couldn’t be happier!! I bought it for my stepdad and he absolutely loved it! Such a fantastic idea and so well put together.
