Pros: This chair arrived very, very quickly and was easy to assemble. It also has a higher weight capacity than some chairs. Customer service responded immediately when I had a question about my order status. The price was very good. Cons: Even when you have all four legs in the exact same numbered holes, it's wobbly. In addition, it's very wide at the base, which is generally good for stability, but I've got a standard-sized tub and the chair seems a little too wide for my tub. The feet don't sit firmly on the floor of the tub. I've had one of these before (not this brand), and it wasn't wobbly and the feet sat firmly on the tub floor. When I lean forward or back with this new chair (to grab the soap, adjust water temp, etc.), it rocks back and forth with me. Not a secure feeling and I find myself reaching for the grab bar often. I wouldn't buy this again, and I may replace it sooner rather than later.

Just used the chair for the first time post surgery, and it's solid and comfortable. Great value, cost much less than comparable chairs. Delivery was surprisingly fast. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a similar product.

Most likely will never use or recommend. My order was 5 days late. When ordering it was not stated that this was on back order, but indicated it would be sent within two days. called 3 times before some one finally said it was on back order. Because of the immediate need, had to go buy one. Called to try and cancel the order, left 4 messages because lines were Busy!!. To date no return call. Very dissatisfied with the service. Guess I will have to post some place to re-sell in order to get my money back.

My order came in packaging warning me that there were chemicals present in the product, so I returned the pads. Apparently this was due to Buy Medical sending me old stock of these pads because CardinalHealth has since changed the packaging to not include those chemicals.
