I've gone from full mask to half mask to under nose pillow to nasal pillows. Each step has been better than the rest. Nasal pillows have very little air leaks. Still have to get used to head gear and the air hose, I sleep on my sides. I think I will use my machine more with the nasal pillows, they are better than the other masks.
