Your product description does not match the product that was received. Your description list the needles as being BD Eclipse Needle with SmartSlip but BD Eclipse needle were sent which is not the same. The REF # for the needles.

I love the site except when trying to manage my subscription. Even when I am signed in, it asks me to sign in again to make any changes. And sometimes when I comply, it asks me to do it again and again. The next day, it works fine. So, not only it doesn't work when it should, it is capricious.

One glitch is now a couple of product run into HUGE cost hikes,
Hope this situation will have a relief soon. Again, great service, great experience. Thanks.

Everything was fine until setting up the bed. The instructions could have been alittle clearer. Like all the products and were good quality.
