I’m getting ready to have a knee replacement and this seat will help me get up and down off the toilet after my surgery. The low toilet seats are top pain and the raised seat is not so painful especially with the attached hand rails.

We are sorry that this happened. We fully refunded your account on 02.17. The manufacturer might have changed the packaging of the product you ordered. In returning the package, FedEx has the shipping label when they pick up the wrong item. Please let us know if you still need assistance by calling our customer service at 844.829.2289. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The product was received very quickly, and was in good condition. I would have liked it a little more secure in the box. Not necessarily packing materials, but maybe taping the package of legs to the base. I would definitely order again, and I will be referring friends and family. Your price was the best for the exact same item, everywhere I looked. Thank you!

This was my second purchase from you, this was done very good. On my first purchase you lost my order, and I went 3 days using very expensive substitute. I am glad I gave you another try, because it went very well and I got my product 2 days faster than you said. I will keep using your company.

I was impressed that I got the order within 2 days, but you use FedX and their driver just left the boxes at the end of our long drive. Yes, it was muddy but my UPS driver has always made it fine and delivered to my front door
