My shipment arrived in a flimsy cardboard box that was squished. I was lucky to find my DME was not damaged. Still the complete disregard for any cushioning and sturdy shipping materials being used will keep me from ordering again from your company.

The cost of the product was far below what I could find anywhere else. the only issue was with UPS. The box arrived smashed and taped colsed as if they placed a heavy item on top of it.

The tube and the filter was not as per the specifications. I am managing with what I got, what I saw in the website and what I got are not the same. My order was a filter for Philips respronics and tube.

The two ladies that I have placed my orders with are always so very helpful and pleasant! They are truly an asset to your company! With the world being very different and difficult now, it is rare that you come across people that are so kind! I am thankful for them and appreciate their help!

Horrible. I got the wrong size mask and no matter how many times I ermail or call-which only goes to a recording to leave a message-no one contacts me. Never use this service. The masks are sold everywhere so it's not like this place is a necessity. Don't do it.

Very easy to deal with. Had the mask combo I like in stock when my local supplier needed to order it. Fast shipping and reasonable cost.
