This place is great! I found Ensure at a great price and free shipping! They said it’d take 5-7 days and it got to my Dad’s in 2! Now that’s under promising and over delivering! Gotta love it!

Good response time, delivered mask is XL, I need a Large. I assumed the mask came with required head strap, it did not. I’m waiting to hear how to exchange my mask and how to order the head strap

Hello John,
Thanks for taking the time to leave the review. We are sorry about the confusion. We only have that item in XL size, and we sell the headgear separately. As per notes, we have offered a return if the item is unused, but you have decided to keep the mask. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you have other concerns, please let us know. Thanks!

It is necessary for a cpap user and is way over priced a ridiculous cost for rubber

The product I bought was exactly as described. Also, BuyMedical.com was about 20% cheaper than other online CPAP suppliers.
Would order from here again.

I wanted to return the FitLife mask immediately. They stated that I could not because of their hygiene policy.
I was also told to consult a physician. Great! The convenience of this site and company went out the window for me. Why didn’t I think to not buy from an online store.
My mask did not fit like an extra large and it would bounce up and down on my face while I was breathing.
No return policy for a mask that didn’t fit, I got it.
Thanks for the advice.
I’ve been using CPAP for twenty years.
